When my daughters were growing up, it seemed like days, months, years flew by as they reached important milestones celebrated in those youthful years. The same can be said about growing a business. March is our Anniversary month ... Rock & Hardware Jewelry is celebrating two years in business. And boy, has time flown to get us to this point!
As we reflect on this past year, many things have propelled us to where we are today. Most importantly (and our biggest blessing), are our customers. Each sale continues to give us the same excitement as that very first Etsy sale. Our repeat customers have become our friends and we love how they promote R&H just by wearing their favorite bracelets. Many have been stopped and asked where they bought their bracelets. One of our favorite encounters occurred recently when a customer was in traffic court. Once the clerk got a glimpse of our customer's unique combination of bracelets, she had to know more about them! The prosecutor as well as the judge also were fascinated by her bracelets. Luckily, our customer carries R&H business cards with her which she proceeded to pass out in court. How great is that!!! Bonus ... her ticket was dismissed (we like to think flashing her R&H bracelets helped!). This is just one of the many awesome stories our customers have passed on to us. We are so flattered by them all!
