What forms of payment do you accept?
Rock & Hardware accepts payments via Paypal (Visa, MC, American Express and Discover can be used directly with PayPal).

How do you ship?
All items will be shipped to your PayPal shipping address. If you have an alternative shipping address, please send a message to me upon purchase.

Once purchased, all orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days. Shipping fees include postage, handling and packaging. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and delivery insurance. A tracking number will be sent to you with your shipped email confirmation. Delivery is approximately 3-5 days within the continental United States. 

Unfortunately, I have no control over the postal services and therefore, cannot guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, I can place a claim with USPS for a lost parcel. Under USPS regulations, this is the earliest I can file a claim. It can take an additional 30 days for the USPS to investigate.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes! International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. USPS estimates international delivery at approximately 7-10 business days. Although most parcels arrive within this time, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs. There have been instances of international parcels taking 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. USPS only offers tracking on packages within the United States. I will know when your package leaves the States, but after that, there is no way for me to track a package. If your order does not arrive within 60 days, please contact me and I can place a claim with USPS.

Customs, Duty Tax and VAT - Your parcel may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country and it is the obligation of the customer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. I am legally obligated to provide accurate information on all customs forms.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Your customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want all our customers to be happy and we strive for 100% satisfaction. If there are any problems after receiving your item, please message us with any issue so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.

Rock & Hardware will accept returns (excluding fees related to the transaction and shipping/handling) of unworn, undamaged items within 7 business days of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for shipping item back to seller. If you have any questions regarding this transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Rock & Hardware Jewelry makes every effort to showcase the product as it is. Please keep in mind, wood beads, stone beads and some metal beads have imperfections that only enhance the look of the jewelry.

How do I care for my Rock & Hardware bracelets?

Do not put your jewelry on until AFTER you have dressed and applied any cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, lotions and other chemicals. These can dull and even harm your jewelry. Remove jewelry before doing household chores, especially when washing dishes. Remember, many household cleaners contain bleach or other harsh chemicals that are harmful to jewelry. Also, do not wear your jewelry swimming or in the shower. Avoid wearing it around chlorinated pools and hot tubs, salt water, mineral springs and suntan lotion. Wipe them gently with a soft, lint-free cloth before putting them away. Do not store semi-precious gemstones in direct sunlight but in the pouch provided.

For gemstone bracelets: Do not use dips or abrasive cleaners on them. Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner, ammonia or other chemical solution to clean opaque gemstones like onyx, turquoise, and opals. These stones are porous and may absorb the chemicals causing discoloration.

For leather bracelets: We do not recommend water exposure to our leather bracelets.  You can apply a leather protecting spray however doing so will void the warranty as it can cause the leather to darken.
